This blues takes a bit of practice to play at full tempo. I find it easiest to play by anchoring the middle and ring fingers of my fretting hand on the eighth and ninth frets of the second and first strings, and then moving my index and pinkie fingers as needed to hit the variable notes, all while finger-picking with a regular rhythm.
